Exchange and refunds

Full replacement or refund if you contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods. The goods must be returned in the same condition. You will be responsible to pay for any freight charges for returned goods. Goods on sale will not be refunded.

Terms & Conditions

Selvage Sweden reserves the right for any potential misprints on this website. There can be discrepancies between how things look in a photo on this website and how they look in real life. Minors under the age of 18 need parents written consent (according to Swedish law).

Damaged Goods

All parcels sent from Selvage Sweden are insured. If the parcel or good is damaged upon receipt please report this immediately on the spot. If you have already opened the parcel and noticed any damaged please contact Selvage Sweden. For any parcels that are not collected we will invoice you 300 SEK.

When we have received your good we will refund you by crediting your bank account (please provide us with your bank account details). If you wish to exchange your goods please contact us to reserve this item, otherwise you run the risk of the item being sold out before we have time to register the exchange.
